- Manipulate the AI for any purpose that may cause harm, damage, or otherwise negatively affect others.
Any misuse or illegal activity will result in immediate termination of access to the Platform and may result in legal action.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless InSitu, its directors, employees, contractors, shareholders, and affiliates, from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use or misuse of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or any unlawful activity conducted using the Platform.
Termination:
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, if we believe that you have violated these Terms. You may terminate your account by contacting us at support@getinsitu.ai.
Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you will immediately cease, and you must stop using the Platform.
Intellectual Property:
All content, features, and functionality on the Platform, including but not limited to text, images, logos, trademarks, software, and AI technology, are owned by InSitu or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works of any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.
Disclaimer of Warranties:
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. InSitu does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
Misuse and Legal Compliance:
You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws when using the Platform. You will not use the Platform for any illegal activity, including but not limited to, the creation, distribution, or consumption of illicit content, unauthorized access, or data breaches.
Any misuse of the Platform, including but not limited to engaging in illegal activity, violating intellectual property rights, or using the AI for unauthorized purposes, will result in immediate termination of your access to the Platform. InSitu, its directors, employees, shareholders, and affiliates, are not liable for any legal consequences resulting from your misuse of the Platform.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Act 1996.
Modifications to Terms:
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Any such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
